1. Overview
We respect intellectual property and respond to clear notices of claimed copyright infringement in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. §512).
2. Filing a notice
Send a written notice to dmca@pair.directory containing:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it (e.g. the URL);
- your contact information (address, phone, email);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
3. Counter-notice
If material you posted was removed and you believe in good faith it was a mistake, you may file a counter-notice with the elements specified in 17 U.S.C. §512(g).
4. Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
