1. Scope
These Vendor Terms apply to anyone selling goods or services to Pair, integrating with Pair as a partner, or providing data to the directory under contract. They supplement, not replace, any signed MSA or order form.
2. Confidentiality
Information you receive from Pair that is non-public — usage figures, roadmap, customer names, security details — is confidential. Don't share it outside your engagement.
3. Data handling
If your work involves access to Pair customer data or personal data, you'll execute our DPA before access is granted. Process data only for the purposes of the engagement and only with the security measures committed to in writing.
4. Intellectual property
Work product produced under a paid engagement is assigned to Pair on payment, unless a signed agreement says otherwise. You retain ownership of your background IP and general know-how.
5. Billing
Invoices are paid net-30 from receipt. Email invoices to hello@pair.directory with a PO reference where one was issued.
